3. The Service

UseOpenClaw provides a platform that helps you connect a messaging bot and use an AI assistant. Features and functionality may change over time as we continue to improve and develop the product.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers, including authentication services (Google, GitHub), Telegram, and AI model providers. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

5. Accounts

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Do not share your account access in any way that compromises security.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
  • Your subscription activates after successful payment confirmation.
  • Prices, limits, and plans may change. Any changes will apply at your next renewal unless otherwise stated.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for unused credits or partial billing periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support.

7. Usage Limits

Plans include monthly usage limits, which are displayed in your dashboard. If you reach your limit, requests may be paused until the next reset period.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • Violating any applicable laws or the rights of others.
  • Attempting to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Using the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
  • Using the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the policies of underlying AI providers.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing unauthorized access to the Service.

9. AI Outputs

AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for how you use any outputs from the Service, particularly when making high-stakes or consequential decisions.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet all of your requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UseOpenClaw and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Account info: email address and basic profile data from your authentication provider (Google or GitHub).
  • Telegram bot token: the token you provide to connect your assistant (stored encrypted).
  • Usage data: request counts, timestamps, and token/credit usage for billing and limits.
  • Support info: messages you send to support, plus technical details needed to troubleshoot.
  • Payment info: handled by our payment provider; we receive payment status and identifiers only.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service, including deploying and running your assistant.
  • Authenticate you and protect the Service from abuse.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and enforce usage limits.
  • Maintain and improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.

Sharing & Service Providers

We share information only as needed to provide the Service. For example:

  • Payment processing: Stripe receives payment details and returns status to us.
  • Messaging platform: Telegram processes messages you send to your bot.
  • AI providers: your requests may be sent to the AI provider selected for your assistant.
  • Infrastructure and analytics: vendors we use to host and operate the Service.

Data Retention

We keep account and billing records as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. We retain usage records to display your credit history and enforce monthly limits.

Security

We use reasonable security measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

  • You can update your Telegram bot token in your dashboard.
  • You can request account deletion by contacting support.
  • You can stop using the Service at any time.
